Someone who carries a heavy bag, meaning they bought a coin and the coins then dumped in price. They can’t really sell, because it would be a big loss. So they are left holding the coin. They carry a bag (of coins) with them, they can’t really sell. They may resort to trying to get others to buy the coin, so that it will go up again.
